Established in 2003, the Powhatan Civil War Roundtable (PCWRT) is a nonbiased, broad-based organization dedicated to the study of all aspects of the American Civil War, and organized exclusively for educational and charitable purposes.

The PCWRT is a membership driven, nonprofit and nonpolitical organization, headed by a leadership committee of steadfast volunteers. We are dedicated to providing an educational and entertaining format where the public may gather and gain knowledge from noted Civil War historians & educators from across the country. Membership is not mandatory, but is encouraged, and is open to all adults and students over ten years of age.
